Project Overview

During the tender of equipment for Shanxi Poly Huaying in 2017, Huaying Packaging made new requirement on the equipment, required all the suppliers to provide the machine equipped with production management system in order to make improvement on the informationalization and intelligentization of the production process. And after keeping digging on the production management system during the seminar of equipment tender at the beginning of 2017 and further communication with customer, we clearly defined the high requirement on production management system from Huaying Packaging: Not only need the report statistical functions, but also need to be more accurate on cost analysis, achieve the accurate counting of water and electrical consumption for every single order. Besides, achieving the high intelligentization on production process, printing machine parameters auto set up, repeat orders auto recognition and auto set up in order to reduce the set up time and increase the production efficiency is also required.

With the previous development experience and years of research on production management system, early feasibility experiments and development, field solution for the requirement from Huaying Packaging on production management system and detail technical explanation by engineers from Dongfang Precision, Dongfang Precision has successfully signed the contract with Huaying Packaging for the corrugated printing machine equipped with production management system and have a deep sense of everything is for the customers and will be gained the recognition by customer. In 2017, the flexo printing machines equipped with super production management system from Dongfang Precision are officially put into production at the new plant of Poly Huaying in Baoji City, Shanxi Province. The whole plant uses all flexo printing machines from Dongfang Precision. Mr. Baoming Song, chairman of Huaying Packaging and their professional management team are well understood that controlling the cost of corrugated carton box packaging products is a key factor for the production management in traditional management, especially the director Mr. Fei Rao has rich experience on the accumulation of enterprise informatization management. Therefore, Chairman Mr. Baoming Song deeply understand the intelligentization and informatization on production is conforming to the pace of development of the times, and this happened to coincide with the design idea of production management system proposed by Dongfang Precision that “reducing the uncontrollable factors of enterprise management through intelligentization and informatization”.

Currently, Poly Huang places an order directly to all flexo printing machines through ERP system, and makes order scheduling and linkage materials preparation within auxiliary system according to the production management system, such as ink, printing plate, die cut stamp and other auxiliary materials preparation. This makes the whole information system smoother and reduces the human communication. Owing to the real time production status can be monitored, the material preparation can seamlessly integrates into the production of flexo printing machines, reduce the time for material waiting and greatly increase the production efficiency.

High intelligentization is the feature of Dongfang Precision production management system. It can set the parameters of the flexo printing machines automatically according to the orders, identify the orders automatically, smart setting together with the flexo printing machines, reduce or save the proofing time, save the time cost and material waste, greatly increase the production efficiency and benefits.
